The Birth Of Color

We have come along way as women of color, from our pressed out to our  blow outs.

We've been  wet set and watered with waves,

     

we've been cut, shaped and picked out.

 Now we're kinked, shaved,

   

coiled, silken, and flattened.

Or...... just we just plain black.
